Abstract
With the implementation of regional autonomy, local government is expected to manage their revenue with prudent, accurate, and care. Local government should ensure that all potential revenue has been collected and are accounted for, accountably and transparently. Law No.33/2004 stated that Original Local Government Revenue (OLGR) is a part of regional revenue source. PAD is also projected to become the foundation to wholly fund government expenses and development in an autonomous region in Indonesia. The research aims to identify factors which influence Original Local Government Revenue (OLGR), with the independent variable of Gros Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), capital expense, and total population, to the dependent variable of Original Local Government Revenue (OLGR) of regency/city in Gorontalo Province. Population in the research are regencies/city in Gorontalo Province during 2012 to 2016. The sample is collected by purposive sampling method with 30 samples acquired. Data used in the research is secondary data obtained from the website of DJPK Depkeu RI and BPS Gorontalo Province. Hypothesis test in the research uses double regression analysis model which is transformed into natural logarithm (ln). Research result based on t-test shows that Gros Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has the positive and significant impact to OLGR, while capital expenditure has no impact to OLGR, and total population has a negative to OLGR of regency/city in Gorontalo Province. In addition, F-test shows that variables of GRDP, capital expense, and total population simultaneously have a significant impact on Original Local Government Revenue (OLGR) of regencies/city in Gorontalo Province.
